Artikel 1 Processing purposes
OTTIMEDI BV collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).
Artikel 2 Legal bases for processing

Artikel 3 Transfer to third parties
If necessary for these purposes, the client's personal data will be shared with other companies (Lymed oy and Cizeta Medicali SpA) within the European Economic Area directly or indirectly connected to OTTIMEDI BV or with any other partner of OTTIMEDI BV.
OTTIMEDI BV guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.
Artikel 4 Storage period
Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for as long as necessary to meet legal requirements (including those in accounting).
Artikel 5 Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
Customers have the right to access their personal data at any time and may correct it or have it rectified if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, have its processing restricted, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
The customer also has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of their personal data and have it transferred to another company.
To exercise the above rights, customers are asked to:
- adjust the settings of their customer account; and/or
- send an email to the following email address info@ottimedi.be.
Artikel 6 Direct Marketing
The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of their personal data for direct marketing.
Artikel 7 Complaints
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel - commission@privacycommission.be).
Artikel 8 Cookies
During a visit to the site, cookies may be placed on your computer's hard drive. A cookie is a text file placed by a website's server in your computer's browser or on your mobile device when you access a website.
